Do you want to be on an average team or a championship team?  

Do you want to be a starter for a championship team?

Do you want to beat that 21 year old NCAA player 1v1? 

Do you want to be able to push her off the ball?

Do you want to have the energy to stay on the field, the energy to close space?

Do you want to have the speed to beat that defender?

Do you want to transfer on to play at a four-year college?

Do you want to give yourself the best chance to be healthy for the season?

Are you going to settle for good enough?  Or are you going to push yourself to be the best you?


Positive (and negative) outcomes to these challenges will largely be determined by your effort in the off-season.
